Content License and Copyright Notice

All materials in the CTBA Resource Vault, including documents, presentations, worksheets, audio recordings, videos, and other content (the “Materials”), are owned by Paramount Consulting Group, LLC or used with permission, and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. All rights are reserved.

Paramount Consulting Group, LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Materials solely for your own personal educational use as a participant in or graduate of the CTBA certification program. This license lasts only as long as your access to the Vault remains active.

You may not, without prior written permission from Paramount Consulting Group, LLC:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, or transmit the Materials, in whole or in part, to any other person or organization;
  • sell, license, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercialize the Materials;
  • present, teach, or deliver the Materials, or any training or service built on them, to others;
  • modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Materials, or remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice; or
  • represent the Materials, or any part of them, as your own work.

Marketing Resources. Materials in the Marketing Resources section are provided to help you promote your own CTBA services. You may add your own name, logo and contact details to them and share them with your clients and prospective clients. You may not sell them, share them with other consultants or providers, or remove any Paramount Consulting Group copyright notice that appears on them.

Your login credentials are for your use only and may not be shared. Downloaded PDFs may be marked with your name and email address.

Some Materials may include content owned by third parties, such as sample assessment reports. That content remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their own copyright notices and terms.

Paramount Consulting Group, LLC may suspend or end your access at any time if these terms are violated. Unauthorized use of the Materials may result in legal action.
